We like to spend time together at St
Paul's - and though many of our social events are also fund-raisers it
doesn't stop us from having a great time!! |
 |
The "Murder Mystery
Evening" was a great event for super-sleuths, with a hot supper as well.
(St Paul's is well
known for its good grub!) |

 |
Our biggest fund-raiser of the year is
the Christmas Fair.
Father Christmas always
comes along, and lots of friends from the school and community help out
too.
Everyone gets stuck in
and has a rare old time! |

MONDAY NIGHT IS PUB
QUIZ NIGHT !!
We have been known to have to
start our Church Committee half an hour early on a Monday, just so that
the keen St Paul's quizzers can get to "The Fox" in Thorner in time for
the weekly pub quiz.
This bunch - which emerged from
the Walking Group - form
teams of very varied quality - and always welcome new members to raise
the IQ average...
(which is not that hard!! - vicar) |
